This product is a key initiative and you will work directly with the team's Lead Engineer to execute on the technical strategy to support a product that will be adopted by a significant user base.

You will work in partnership with an amazing team of talented, passionate product managers, designers, and engineers to build and manage scalable, user-facing solutions. We have big plans and a big vision, and need passionate leaders that love to build and innovate to help us bring this new product to the world.

You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Design, Product, and Engineering teams to build the platform, conceptualize and plan new technology, and execute a healthy share of our product roadmap.

You are:

  • A great communicator

  • An experienced engineer with 3-5+ years of professional experience working with teams to develop user-facing, cloud-based software
  • Highly skilled in the following technologies and languages: TypeScript, NextJS, React, NodeJS, SQL, and GraphQL
  • Experience working with complex user interfaces and API design
  • Experience with some of the following: firebase, AWS, GCP, Mobx, or Python
  • Human-centered – understand customer's needs and love generating new creative solutions
  • Seeking a work environment which values speed of iteration and individual autonomy
  • Driven to deliver quality that exceeds expectations
  • Open minded and passionate about learning new concepts and skills
  • A sound critical-thinker with a proven track record of gaining trust and respect
  • A fast-acting problem solver. You attempt to solve problems head on rather than waiting for others to solve them for you.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy; highly adaptable to new circumstances
  • Naturally driven to find clever and simple solutions

And last but not least...

We’re a scale-up, and they’re not for everyone
- it's important that you're ready for the challenge of doing your best work in an environment where we're all collectively dealing with ambiguity, or having to compromise between competing objectives.

Interesting, but not quite the right role? Send us your CV anyway. We’re a growing company which means future opportunities!

We’re committed to building a culturally diverse team and strongly encourage you to apply regardless of your location, background, race, gender, sexual orientation or any other personally defining attribute. We encourage every person who is interested to apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply. Take the leap - you never know, you might just be the perfect person for one of our open roles, even if you don’t match 100% of the job description. We also commit to making our hiring decisions as quickly as possible in respect to our candidates’ time and effort. We aim to move successful candidates along the pipeline within 4 weeks from the time of the application.
